• Are you a legitimate store? Yes! We actually have a presence on Etsy also (ClinksDrinks). Etsy charges high fees (on top of requiring free shipping over $35 to be seen higher in search results), and honestly I'd rather not line their pockets further.
• Where are you located? In North Carolina, USA! We are a small business team of two (Kat and George) that both do the vector templating, laser engraving, and shipment from our home.
• Are you a drop shipper? No. While we do source our glass and other raw material from US Foods and overseas, we engrave all of our own pieces and ship them to you ourselves. Each piece is carefully inspected to ensure quality (although we're human, we miss things sometimes).
• Why is the shipping so expensive? Honestly shipping within the US isn't typically that bad (USPS Ground is between $6-14 depending on the amount of pieces bought). But our glass is heavy, each weighing about a pound as they are restaurant quality glass and not thin walled. Shipping outside of the US is difficult though, while we rarely have any break the fact that our glasses each weigh a pound (~.5kg) makes it expensive. We do offer the best rates we can.
• Can I get a custom piece made? Yes. Because we do all of the work in house ourselves, we can make one off customs for you! The turn around time is 2-4 weeks, sometimes longer depending on our workload, but we will let you know this when you inquire. Prices are based on design and intensity of work, usually ranging from $40-80 per piece (not including shipping).
• Do you do wholesale orders? Yes and no. We only have one laser and are not equipped for high bulk. However we do offer lower MOQ wholesale, typically over 1 case (24 glasses).
